Full Paper Submission Guidelines

1. Registration

  • Register on the ISCOMICE page. No payment is required at this stage.

  • Payment will be requested only after your paper has passed the review process and is accepted.

  • After registering, you’ll get a confirmation email with a link to the submission page.

2. Full Paper Submission

  • Prepare your paper according to the full paper guidelines:

    • The title and content must align with the theme “Empowering   the   Future   of   MICE   Through  Smart   Technology,  IoT, and Human-Centered Innovations”;

    • The topic must be relevant to the focus and scope;

    • The maximum word count for the paper is 6,000 words;

    • The complete manuscript must be between 5 and 10 pages in length;

    • The text is formatted in a single-column layout, using Times New Roman font at 10-point size with single (1.0) line spacing, and a 12-point spacing is applied before the next section title;

    • The paper must be written in well-structured, proficient English with proper grammar;

    • All citations must follow the APA (American Psychological Association) style and all cited sources must be listed in the reference section;

    • The file must be submitted in PDF format and named Main Author Name_Paper Title_Full Paper ISCOMICE 2026; and

  • Upload your full paper in the designated section and click Submit.

3. After submission, you will receive an acknowledgment of receipt via email.

Process Of Evaluation

  1. The paper will be processed within a maximum of ten days after the presenter submits the full paper.
  2. After the review process is completed, presenters will receive the Letter of Acceptance (LoA) along with the review results. 
  3. If revisions are required, authors must revise their paper and resubmit it within approximately ten days after receiving the review results, and no later than May 10, 2026.
  4. The review results will include reviewers’ comments and notes to assist authors during the revision process.
  5. Before submission, presenters are required to complete the payment to the bank account provided on the website and submit the proof of payment through the form available on the website no later than April 24, 2026. Download here!
  6. The revised full paper must be re-submitted through the ISCOMICE website in PDF format, and the file must be named: Main Author Name_Paper Title_Full Paper Revision ISCOMICE 2026.
