IMPORTANT INFORMATION

   2. The paper registration fee is required for an author to participate in our conference.
   3. The registration covers the cost of 1 author and 1 paper; 1 author is permitted to submit a maximum of 3 papers. 
   4. Any additional papers must be separately registered as a new paper. 
   5. Additional authors who aren't presenting at the conference must register as a "Non-Speaker" to attend. 
   6. Anyone other than the presenter of accepted papers can attend the conference and register as a "Non-Speaker".

GENERAL TERMS

ISCOMICE 2025 is an international scientific conference focusing on the MICE industry.

All participants must adhere to the rules and regulations set by the organizing committee.

Participants attending ISCOMICE 2025 will receive a participation certificate.

The committee reserves the right to use event photos and documentation for publication and promotional purposes

Any violation of the terms may result in disqualification from the event without a refund.

REGISTRATION 

ISCOMICE 2025 registration is conducted online through the official website www.iscomice.id.

Participants must fill out the registration form with valid and accurate information.

Registration is considered valid after participants receive a confirmation email.

The paper registration fee is necessary for an author to participate in our conference. This fee covers the cost of one author and one paper; any additional papers must be registered separately.

ISCOMICE 2025 will take place on July 1st, 2025, at Ra Suites Simatupang, South Jakarta. The event will feature presentations from authors of accepted papers, keynote speakers, and industry leaders.

REGISTRATION DEADLINE

Registration opens from 17th March 2025 to 20th April 2025.

Registrations made after the deadline will not be processed.

CANCELATION AND REFUND POLICY

Registration cancellations will not be refunded unless there is a valid reason accepted by the committee.

In the event of force majeure, such as natural disasters, pandemics, or other circumstances beyond the committee's control, ISCOMICE 2025 may be postponed or canceled with a refund policy to be announced later.

NOTES 

The committee reserves the right to amend or adjust the terms and conditions without prior notice. 

By registering, participants are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all applicable terms and conditions.
